We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can call us or you can exchange the item from any of our outlet (subject to availability).
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as undergarments & socks cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the price tag of the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, will arrange the refund within 7 days. To return your product, you should call us with the order number and you will be charged extra for pickup and delivery costs for returning your item.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Only latest items may be refunded, unfortunately old items (old more than a month) cannot be refunded.
